Subprocessors

Millimetric uses the third parties listed below to operate the Service. Each is bound by a written agreement that imposes data protection obligations no less protective than our DPA with you.
We will give customers 30 days' notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor. To receive notifications, subscribe at privacy@millimetric.ai.

Affiliates
Where Millimetric, Inc. uses its own affiliates to deliver the Service, each affiliate is bound by intra-group data protection agreements no less protective than our DPA.
Objections
If you have a reasonable, data-protection-grounded objection to a new subprocessor, email privacy@millimetric.ai within the 30-day notice window. If we cannot resolve the concern, you may terminate the affected service without penalty.
